Capture and sound

The selected camera path, microphone and supported mounts are listed in your quote. Hands-free glasses capture clips; continuous glasses livestreaming requires a separately verified path.

Lighting and the room

Lights, stands and backdrop depend on your level. Allow a planning footprint of 6 × 6 ft for a seated setup or 8 × 10 ft for backdrop production, plus safe walkways.

Packing and storage

Planning estimate: a 20–24 × 14–18 × 8–12 in equipment case, plus a separate 48–60 in stand/backdrop bag where selected. These are layout allowances; final carton sizes and shipping weight follow the bill of materials.

Setup and handover

Defined basic configuration, one sample-recording check and a handover are included. Your quote sets the duration and deliverables. Choose full-body framing and instructor audio. Member access and live classes require a separate delivery plan.

Built around your production platform.

OBS Studio is an available configuration path. We verify the selected computer, capture connection, audio routing, resolution and a sample recording together. HDMI cameras need a compatible capture device and clean output; USB cameras need supported drivers and formats.

Streamlabs Desktop, vMix or a browser studio can be assessed by request. Software licenses, paid platform plans and custom scenes are itemized when selected. A 360 recording alone does not create an immersive live service.
